The Ma So Thue (MST) consists of 10 to 13 digits. The first two digits are the province code where the business was established. The following seven digits are a sequential number from 0000001 to 9999999. The tenth digit is a checksum calculated on the first 9 digits. The final three digits are an optional sequence from 001 to 999 indicating separate branches.
