The Oman Tax ID Number for entities is 7 digits. There is no personal income tax in Oman. The number is issued by the Oman Tax Authority.
VAT Number (VAT)

The Oman VAT Number is 12 alphanumeric characters where the first two characters are the letters OM and the following ten characters are digits. The OM is sometimes omitted. The number is also used for excise tax purposes.
