The Lebanon Tax Identification Number (TIN) for individuals is an 11-digit numerical sequence, while for businesses and legal entities it is an 11-digit sequence followed by a three-digit code (e.g., 601 for VAT registration), for a total of 14 digits in that format. The tax administration issue a single tax identification number for all types of taxes, including customs and real estate fees. The TIN can be found in the registration certificate issued to entities, the tax identification card issued to physical persons, or any other official certificate issued by the departments of the Revenue Directorate.
