The Greek Tax ID Number (TIN) is 9 digits in the format NNNNNNNNN. The Tax Administration assigns a TIN to every taxpayer or upon request by any natural or legal person or legal entity, for the purpose of conducting financial transactions with General Government bodies or domestic financial institutions or payment institutions.

FPA Number (FPA)

For Entities, VAT, Example: GR 923456785

The Greek FPA Number (VAT) is 9 digits with an optional prefix of GR or EL. The last digit is a check digit.
